- Discover main needs and wants for individuals working from home
- Understand typical work from home day
- Identify the major differences, pros an cons between WFH and work in the office
- Identify factors and challenges in working from home for individuals
- Discover how individuals network with people remotely
Research methodology
- Customer survey: to collect general status and preference towards working from home
- Customer interview: to enquire participants about their working from home experience, day to day activities and their needs and problems the user has met with and how they have solved the problem
- Card sorting: to provide participants with the names of different sections and subsections of the menu, and group and arrange them

Hi, my name is Allie and I am here to talk to you about your experience in working from home. Thank you for agreeing to take part in this interview. Let me give you an outline of what’s going to happen. I am going to ask you some questions about your experience and preference regarding to working from home collaboratively. There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions. I would like to ask you to be as honest as possible and I treat this conversation as strictly confidential.
